Preparing and serving hot and cold coffee and teas to many customers a day, as well as food items. Other responsibilities include wiping down areas, keeping everything organized and talking to customers.

Essential Functions: Being friendly with customers while also making sure you put the highest quality and energy into any drink or food item that is prepared.  

​

Physical Demands: Standing most of the day, whenever there are customers and walking around the truck at a fast efficient pace to get things done.  

​

Competency: Employee must have basic knowledge of coffee, and memorization of our menu, must know ingredients of our items and how to make them.  

Preferred Education/ experience: High school diploma, and preferred experience as a barista or working with food and drinks. 

​

Travel: In order to work this job as a barista, you must be comfortable with riding in the truck and moving to different locations on campus throughout the day.

​Salary: $11.25 hourly at start, Maximum: $13.00 hourly

The shift supervisor must be available to answer questions, and help wherever it is needed. They will oversee the truck during the shift and will be the driver when it is time for the truck to move.  

​

Essential Functions: Drive the truck, oversee the truck and employees while in business. Help out if needed and if super busy.  

​

Physical Demands: Must be physically able to drive and drive the big truck.  

Competency: Must have a full understanding of how the coffee and tea machines work and must be able to teach the front-line workers in training. Must know the menu fully.  

​

Preferred Education/ experience: Required to have a driver's license. Preferred to have a college or high school diploma 

​

Travel: Must move the truck at least three times a day were assigned to.  

​

Salary: $20.00 an hour 

The general manager will be in charge of pay, and any problems that rise. They will only supervise and be in the truck if needed and there is a problem or a very busy day. Other than that they will work from home and do all of the taxes, and filing, and report everything to corprate.  

​

Essential Functions: Must have good leadership skills and be ready to go at any moment that things go wrong. Must have essential understanding of the business and have a great sense of everything that is going on in the truck even when not physically there.  

​

Physical Demands:  No physical demands.  

​

Competency: Must know the company completely and know the menu and all of the employees.  

​

Preferred Education/ experience: College graduate, Management experience  

Travel: Travel is only required once a week for going to the truck and delivering paychecks, or to check up on the truck and see how everything is going.
